檢測工業(yè)葡萄糖含量的方法？

1.原理工業(yè)葡萄糖在葡萄糖氧化酶的作用下產(chǎn)生葡萄糖酸和過氧化氫，過氧化氫在過氧化物酶的作用下使鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺生成藍(lán)色物質(zhì)，此有色物質(zhì)在625nm 波長下與葡萄糖濃度成正比。通過測定藍(lán)色物質(zhì)的吸光度可計(jì)算樣品中工業(yè)葡萄糖的含量。
1. Principle: Industrial glucose produces gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide under the action of glucose oxidase. Hydrogen peroxide makes o-toluidine produce blue substance under the action of peroxidase. This colored substance is proportional to the concentration of glucose at 625nm. The content of industrial glucose in the sample can be calculated by measuring the absorbance of blue substance.
2.適用范圍適用于谷類、乳類、飲料、酒類等食物樣品和血液樣品。

3.計(jì)算根據(jù)吸光度值求出工業(yè)葡萄糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的回歸方程，采用插入法求出樣品測定管中葡萄糖含量，再根據(jù)稀釋定容體積和稱樣量，計(jì)算出樣品中工業(yè)葡萄糖含量。
3. Calculate the regression equation of the industrial glucose standard curve according to the absorbance value, calculate the glucose content in the sample determination tube by the insertion method, and then calculate the industrial glucose content in the sample according to the diluted constant volume and the sample weight.
