生產(chǎn)污水處理專用葡萄糖的生物發(fā)酵法：

1、生物發(fā)酵法包括真菌發(fā)酵和細(xì)菌發(fā)酵，另外還有固定細(xì)胞發(fā)酵工藝。

2、該方法是在240～300g/L的葡萄糖溶液中加入一定量的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)，，冷卻適宜溫度，接種體積分?jǐn)?shù)為10%的黑曲霉種子液，開動攪拌，通氣流，調(diào)整發(fā)酵液pH值維持在6.0～6.5,溫度保持在32～34℃。發(fā)酵過程中滴加消泡劑，以發(fā)酵過程中所產(chǎn)生的泡沫。

3、整個發(fā)酵過程約需20h,當(dāng)殘?zhí)墙?g/L時可以認(rèn)為發(fā)酵結(jié)束，菌體與發(fā)酵液分離后，發(fā)酵液經(jīng)真空濃縮、結(jié)晶可得葡萄糖酸鈉晶體，或經(jīng)噴霧干燥后制得工業(yè)葡萄糖粉產(chǎn)品。
